Could there even BE something more stupid than a pet stroller? I can kind of see a Baby stroller... you need exercise and the baby can't keep up. You can't leave the baby alone. Ok... fair enough. But if your dog can't run circles around you while you are on a walk, it's probably time to have him put down.
As for cats... how on earth are you going to stuff one into a pet stroller without using a tranquilizer dart? And WHY would anyone force a Cat to join them on a walk anyway? The cat will hate it and you will become the object of ridicule. For heaven's sake just DON'T do it!
